Roll is usually a cue to get boxers to create angles rolling a shot and moving the feet. Weave is more just the trunk or torso weaving under and staying in the pocket

i think you need really fast reflexes to pull of this check left (as a counter to their right) otherwise you gon get caught. slow fighters should avoid this method.

Ive seen a lot of variations of the number system,, this is my favorite. The one thing that is always seems consistent with all the basic number systems is the one is always the jab lol.

I watched the first 50 seconds of this video while standing at a speed bag I clearly had no idea how to use. And within minutes was repping it off pretty decently (better than I hoped I’d be doing it a week from now). Great video, man - straight to the point. And the rhythm and the count made it simple for someone with a drumming background. Thanks!
